🤯 Can you even believe this?! Fresh off the incredible London Marathon, and I'm still buzzing from the most surreal experience! Not only did I conquer all 26.2 iconic miles through the heart of London (yes, SIXTH major COMPLETED!), but the moments leading up to it were absolutely mind-blowing!
🎤 Imagine this: I had the absolute honor of interviewing a LEGENDARY lineup of athletes! We're talking the GOAT himself, the one and only Eliud Kipchoge! 🐐 Then there was the phenomenal Jociline Jepkosgei, the insightful Alex Mutiso, the incredible Tamirat Tola, the record-breaking Tigist Assefa, and the phenomenal Sifan Hassan! 🇳🇱 And if that wasn't enough, I also got to chat with wheelchair racing titans Marcel Hug and Catherine Debrunner, and the VICTORIOUS Sebastian Sawe – who we had the privilege of visiting at his training camp in Kenya! 🇰🇪 Getting to hear their stories and perspectives was truly an unforgettable experience.
The whole London Marathon journey was just pure magic. From soaking up the electric atmosphere at the expo, connecting with fellow runners at the awesome Tracksmith shakeout run, to simply hanging out with friends and sharing the excitement – the energy was infectious. And then, race day itself! Witnessing history being made and crossing that finish line as a SIX-STAR FINISHER?! Absolutely unreal! ✨
